Marks an API that is in beta.
A beta API is functional, but its signature or behaviour may change in a future release, without going through the usual deprecation cycle.
To use one from Kotlin, either annotate the calling declaration with SinchBetaApi to propagate the requirement to its own callers, or accept it locally with @OptIn(SinchBetaApi::class).
Opt-in is enforced by the Kotlin compiler only. Java callers can use a beta API without opting in, and should treat the annotation in the reference documentation as the signal instead.
